4. Procedures and Methods for Destruction of Personal Information

Destruction Procedure
Information entered by the user for service use is moved to a separate DB (or document box for paper) after the purpose is achieved, and is destroyed after being stored for a certain period according to internal policies and other legal requirements. The information moved to a separate DB is not used for any purpose other than storage unless required by law.

- To view or edit personal information, users can go to the inquiry/edit page of the relevant service, verify their identity, and directly access, correct, or delete their information. Alternatively, contact the Personal Information Protection Officer via mail, phone, or email for immediate action.
- If a correction is requested for erroneous personal information, it will not be used or provided until the correction is completed. If it was already provided to a third party, the result of the correction will be communicated to the third party without delay.
- Personal information that has been terminated or deleted at the user’s or legal representative’s request is processed according to Section 3 and is not used or viewed for any other purpose.
